Mya Greene - Graffiti Artist

Mya Greene isn't perfect. She has been described in no particular order as a compulsive liar, delusional fantasist and naughty fibber. She currently has an impressive 31 world ranking in the 2009 Bullshitter's Directory. She may well have gained a first in Politics Philosophy and Economics from Magdalen College, Oxford. It's possible she really was once a celebrity chef. Maybe her childhood was miserable. But is it really humanly possible to have a double N cup-size? And did she really sleep with half of the England football team? I'm not sure we will ever know...

But she does like to write - that's no lie.

These days, her blog, Missing You Already, tells tales of life in the French countryside where she lives with her husband and young son. She abandoned London six years ago, where life had become, frankly, a bit shit. Living in the sunny south of France may sound idyllic, but it's not all chilled rosé, freshly picked chanterelles and amethyst fields of lavender. There's a lot of dirt, desperation, dislocation and frankly, a bit more shit.

With one book already completed and a second under construction, Mya would be happy to discuss her commercial, edgy, women's fiction with literary agents, publishers, chocolate cake manufacturers, underwear fabricators...
