With whom or what do you wage your biggest battle?:

Myself. A heartfelt desire to be fit, healthy and fulfilled, constantly scuppered by wine and lard.

What has been your biggest victory to date?:

Meeting and Marrying Husband. He's ginger, he's a surveyor, there was a queue believe me. Fortunately I was a the front of it with a plate of scotch eggs. Score!

What is your perfect night in/out?:

It involves wine, lard and sex. In that order.

What piece of advice would you give to your 20-year-old self?:

Start saving for the therapy, it's costing me a fortune.

What piece of advice did you receive in your 20s that you regret not following?:

Get therapy.
