Becoming a Buddhist and getting those demons to shut the f*#k up....mostly

Great food, great wine, dancing in the living room especially with my kids and husband,my children turning to me and saying"Don't worry Mum we'll put ourselves to bed tonight"

Try everything, say "Yes" alot more,and start waxing your bikini line.

What piece of advice did you receive in your 20s that you regret not following?:

Wax now and you'll have alot less hair as you get older
