I wanna be a part of it! New York, New York! This year's two-day BlogHer conference is being held in the 'city that never sleeps' and PRG's fabulous prize is a Full Conference Ticket to schmooze with the world's top women bloggers. And just in case our lucky winner does want to sleep at some point, we've bagged a double room at the Sheraton for 3 nights - bliss! Of course, as a global site we know that NYC isn't on everyone's doorstep, so we're adding $250 to help with travel costs - or to blow on a party outfit - your choice.

So, the prize is 1 ticket to BlogHer '10 which takes place at the Hilton New York, on August 6th and 7th, PLUS a conference sponsored double room for 3 nights (August 5, 6 and 7) at the Sheraton New York Hotel and Towers, PLUS $250 in spending money for a total prize value of over $1,350.

And if that wasn't enough we've RSVP'd on behalf of the winner to a whole host of parties!

1. You must register or be registered with PowderRoomGraffiti.com in order to enter the contest. 2. You must have posted at least one comment in that name to any article on the PowderRoomGraffiti.com site on or before June 30th to qualify to win. 3. Registering for the contest gives you one entry into the draw (don't forget to make a comment to one of the articles). Once you have done this, you can increase your number of entries to the draw by tweeting on Twitter, sharing on Facebook, and sending an E-mail to a friend. 4. Each time you share the details of the contest via the Twitter, Facebook and E-mail buttons on this page you get an extra entry into the draw. The more you spread the word, the greater number of entries you'll get. 5. If you want to tweet the contest from your own Twitter page, use the hash tag #PRGBlogHer and this will also count as an extra entry into the draw.

1The Contest is open to everyone, regardless of location, however, BlogHer '10 takes place in New York on August 6th-7th so be sure that you can attend the event.

2The ticket is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded. The $250 in expenses will be paid to you on the day of the BlogHer conference or, if you prefer, can be sent to your PayPal account prior to August 5th, 2010. This can be arranged with PowderRoomGraffiti.com. Winner will be responsible for all incidental hotel charges and a credit card will need to be put on file with the Sheraton.

3The winner of the contest will be selected at random from all entries on June 30th and will be announced on July 6th, 2010. Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available.

4By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotional purposes.

5This contest is subject to all applicable laws.
